The service provided was exceptional! Dave came to my home and provided an estimate in writing and explained the work that would be performed. Dave was very kind, patient and professional. Joe and Jesus` installed a new furnace and AC unit, as well as replacing the lines and correcting mistakes from the previous install. I was extremely pleased with the service that was provided. They kept me informed throughout the install and were very courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. I would give Chicagoland Heating and AC 6 STARS!!

Chicagoland installed our new furnace years ago and everything was fine until we recently had our vents cleaned by another company and suddenly had a loud booming noise after the heat shut off. The technician came the day after I called, he explained what we were doing wrong, tested everything to be sure the noise had stopped. We couldn't be happier!

Chicagoland installed a new a/c unit and thermostat. Technician Joe and jesus were outstanding. They were on time, extremely knowledgeable in their field, Joe has a knack to being very detailed oriented. Joe and jesus answered the many questions that popped up very professionally. Hey Chicagoland- I reached out on 5/26/21 and 6/3/21 and have not been contacted back regarding work still not completed that is spelled out in my signed contract with the owner, Skip. A phone conversation with “Joe” the new guy, led to him telling me nothing else was going to be done about the unfinished work. Is that what happens once your company has payment in full? Waiting for satisfaction...***Update** I contacted Chicagoland as they had asked. We were able to reach an agreement. They came out to my home at the end of July and completed the work to my satisfaction. Thank you, Chicagoland.

My neighbor recommended Chicagoland Heating & Air Conditioning as the granny special I just bought had clogged coils in the otherwise great AC unit and we were roasting. For a fair price and in record time (same day service after a cancellation), my family was cool and I was back to work. The tech was beyond professional and informative and just a generally cool dude to boot.Anyway, I recommend 'em! Just for tonight, it's gonna get chilly in here.

We woke up today with no heat. I called in the morning and spoke with someone and was advised I would get a call back from one of there service men. We got a call from Rob and we spoke briefly of what was the problem and he gave us a estimate time frame he may arrive, we did tell him it was urgent because we had three little kids and it is really cold today. He arrived and was very professional and fast. He had the part available with him, explain to us everything that he was doing and what we need to do to maintain and service our heating system. He provided great information and worked quickly to resolve our issue! Thank you Rob for all your work! Highly recommend!

I woke up this morning without heat. I called Chicagoland and they came out the same day. Rob came out and determined that the blower motor needed to be replaced. He was able to get the part for my furnace and complete the repair the same day. My furnace and AC is 20 years old (Chicagoland has serviced my furnace/AC annually for the past 17 years). As usual, Rob was very professional, on time, and was able to resolve the issue.Additionally, Rob shared with me the cost of other repairs that may be needed in the future. He let me know that if I wanted to replace my unit, within 30 days, the cost that I paid for the blower motor can be applied to a newly installed system. This was extremely helpful so that I know all of my options.

I've been using this company every year since the fall of 2016. They are very professional and very knowledgeable. I scheduled my maintenance every year with this company and the technicians always been able to answer my questions and concerns. Today I had the pleasure in having Rob maintenance my furnace and he was very professional and knew his stuff. He was very thorough when cleaning the burners, condensate trap etc. I'll be sure to contact this company on a yearly basis to get my furnace/AC maintenance and specifically ask for Rob again.

From the start the salesman was great. The crew came out a few days later. They were very clean and knowledgeable. The job they did was over the top. I had Chicagoland install a performance series carrier furnace and AC condenser. Couldn’t be happier. The price was right. Remember you get what you pay for. Service tech stopped by the next day to make a simple adjustment. I highly highly recommend Chicagoland. I’m pretty picky also and I found no flaws. Awesome customer relations. Glad I decided to go with Chicagoland. Great job.

Yesterday my AC stopped working. I noticed the fan outside was not working. Called Chicagoland and the answering service took my information down and less than 5 minutes later a gentleman named Jerry called and told me he would be at my house in 10 minutes. To my surprise he really did show up in 10 minutes quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue in about 20-25 minutes. Jerry was very kind and explained everything. Very very professional. I would not hesitate to call them again and I plan on recommending them to all my family and friends. Only a tiny tiny negative was the price..... service call price was normal and to be expected what I thought was totally overpriced was the capacitor. Charged me 95$ for the capacitor when you can get a similar product on Amazon for 19$. That being said, I still gave them 5 stars because of the awesome service that was provided and how fast they came and fixed the issue. Thank you Chicagoland

I cannot even begin to tell you what a nightmare this company is. They DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK! I had a new furnace and hot water heater installed after a flood. They used old pipes for the hot water heater, it started spraying water everywhere. They didn't return my call. I had it fixed by someone else and they wouldn't honor the warranty.Yesterday, my air conditioner was leaking. I called the emergency number at 10:30. I received a return call at 3:34, 5 hours later. "Yes, this is Chicagoland Heating & Air. You had an emergency?" Yes, like 5 hours ago.And, the person that did fix my issue told me the people that installed my furnace didn't even give me a completely new furnace.I will NEVER use this place again. I am calling the Better Business Bureau about their refusal to give me the warranty information.

I’d like to thank you for your technician, Rob F., who responded to my late evening call on 1/29. When I arrived home from work that night, I discovered my furnace was not functioning and my home was very cold. I was so grateful that Rob was able to come out soon after my call to your office. He was very personable, thorough and knowledgeable. He explained every step of what he was doing when inspecting/repairing the furnace and even offered some helpful maintenance tips. Before Rob left he made sure everything was working efficiently and safely. It was evident he takes pride in the quality of his work and the service he provides. I had to replace my AC unit. Rob, Mike, and Skip (owner of the company) are the absolute best! I greatly appreciate their knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency. Rob and Mike took the time to explain all the work that was being done and cleaned up after completing the job. Skip stopped by during the install to ensure everything was going well. Chicagoland was recommended to me by a respected executive in the air conditioning business. Skip was very professional and prompt in handling my home job. His technicians were amazing.
